Privacy Policy

Evoloptis is a software technology brand operated by TDT Support LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We build software platforms for technology operations, including TDTOS, an IT operations and intelligence platform.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit evoloptis.com (the "Site") or use the TDTOS platform (the "Service").

Information you provide. When you contact us or use the Service, you may provide information such as your name, work email address, organization, job role, and the contents of your messages or support requests.

Service data. When an organization uses TDTOS, the platform processes operational data on that organization's behalf — for example support tickets, asset records, user account information, and service configurations. This data is controlled by the customer organization; we process it to provide the Service.

Technical information. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Site and Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Service
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Send operational and transactional communications (described below)
• Protect the security and integrity of our systems
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Email from Evoloptis and TDTOS is operational and transactional. This includes:

• Support ticket creation confirmations
• Replies and updates on existing tickets
• Ticket status notifications
• Operational and application notifications (for example, account or service events)
• Responses to inquiries you send us

We use or may use established email service providers, including Mailgun, to deliver operational and transactional communications on our behalf. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape third-party email lists, and we do not send unsolicited bulk marketing email.

The Site does not currently set cookies and does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking technologies. The Service may use cookies and similar technologies for essential purposes such as authentication and session management.

If we adopt analytics tooling for the Site, we will use privacy-respecting configurations and update this policy accordingly.

We do not currently use advertising technologies designed to track users across unrelated websites or online services for behavioral advertising. The Site does not currently permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across unrelated websites or online services for behavioral advertising purposes.

Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Site does not currently respond differently to those signals. Our service providers may process limited technical information as necessary to provide hosting, security, and other services on our behalf.

Service providers. We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Site and Service — such as hosting, infrastructure, security, and email-delivery providers (including established email service providers such as Mailgun, for the operational and transactional email described above) — subject to applicable agreements and restrictions on their use of the information.

Customer-directed integrations. When a customer organization connects a third-party service such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to TDTOS, the Service may exchange Customer Data with that service as directed and authorized by the customer. Those third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or ourselves.

Customer Data remains under the customer's control and is designed to be exportable. We process it to provide the Service. Export, return, retention, and deletion procedures may also be governed by the applicable customer agreement and legal or security requirements.

TDTOS serves organizations that may operate in regulated environments, including healthcare. Responsibilities regarding regulated data are addressed in the applicable customer agreement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Site and Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer data in TDTOS is retained according to the applicable customer agreement and can be deleted or returned when the relationship ends.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — such as requesting access, correction, or deletion, or obtaining information regarding how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@evoloptis.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

If you are an employee or end user of an organization that uses TDTOS, your organization controls its data in the platform; we may direct your request to them.

The Site and Service are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site or through accounts intended for use by children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or the Service.
